Yes. The system supports three separate channels, so you can run karaoke on one, a DJ playlist on another, and even a movie audio feed on the third.
There is no hard limit on the number of headphones listening to a transmitter.
Indoors you can expect up to about two hundred metres line of sight.
For larger or open spaces you can switch the transmitter to a high power mode that reaches four hundred metres or more line of sight.
Positioning the transmitter above head height will give best performance.
Other radio/wirelss systems can affect performance in some rooms, so we survey placement and channels during setup.
The manual notes that nearby RF sources may impact the wireless system, which is why we include on-site testing.
The karaoke mixer, laptop/smartphone/tablet or sound desk are connected into the transmitter with standard left and right phono inputs. Power is a twelve volt one amp supply which we provide as part of the package.
Battery life is typically eight to ten hours per full charge. For marathons or multi-session days we can schedule a mid-event swap or provide a charging cradle on site.
Please speak to us about this at the time of quoting so we can advise of the best option.
Absolutely. With three channels available we regularly run karaoke on one channel and two music channels for a silent disco on the others.
Set up and test the equipment where it will be used for your event as soon as possible (ideally in office hours).
Mount the transmitter above head height and keep a clear line of sight to the audience.
If your event space is complex, we can add additional transmitters on different channels.
