Yes! We offer delivery, full setup and collection across London and the surrounding areas. You don’t need to be tech-savvy, we handle everything for you.
Once you’ve booked your package, we’ll deliver and set everything up for you, including the screen, microphones, speakers, and touchscreen karaoke system. All you need is a Wi-Fi connection and a space to party.
All standard packages include a pro karaoke system, screen or projector, microphones, speaker(s), access to over 120,000 songs, and setup by our team. We also offer add-ons like disco lights or extra mics.
Our karaoke system has a massive catalogue of over 120,000 songs, covering everything from golden oldies to the latest chart hits, including Bollywood, K-pop, rock, R&B, musicals and more.
Yes. Our system uses high-quality streaming, so we recommend a dedicated internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download speed for the best experience.
We recommend booking two to four weeks in advance, especially during busy periods. December is our peak season, Christmas parties and corporate events are often booked months ahead, so early reservations are strongly advised.
We can occasionally accommodate same-day bookings, but these require cleared payment and ID verification through our vetting process, plus additional coordination by our logistics team. If you need an urgent setup, call us directly and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers and secure online payment links. All card transactions are processed through Stripe, a fully PCI-compliant payment processor that meets the highest standards for data security and fraud prevention.
We are a VAT-registered business and charge VAT at the current rate. Payments cannot be taken over the phone for security reasons. A booking is confirmed once cleared payment and valid ID have been received.
For corporate or production bookings, we can issue pro-forma invoices or accept purchase orders as part of the payment process.
Cancellations made seven days or more before the event receive a full refund minus a small administration fee.
Between 72 hours and seven days before your event, a 50 percent refund will be issued.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable because equipment and logistics will already be allocated.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Where scheduling allows, we will always try to reschedule your booking to another available date to reduce any loss.
Cancellations made within the statutory 14-day period are handled in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and a signed waiver may be required if the hire begins immediately.
Yes, hire periods can usually be extended. Additional hours or multi-day use can be arranged in advance or during your event, depending on availability.
Longer bookings are charged at our discounted multi-day rates, which often work out better value than hourly extensions.
All systems are fully tested before delivery and supplied with spare cables and backup accessories.
To ensure the best possible support, we strongly recommend that your system is set up and tested well before your event, ideally during office hours, so that any questions or adjustments can be resolved quickly.
We provide an out-of-hours support line on 020 3333 3344, which operates an answerphone service. We use our best endeavours to respond to calls received on that line in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
For guaranteed results, we recommend that one of our technicians carries out the setup or remains on site to manage the system during your event. Where third-party or customer-owned equipment is used alongside our systems, we cannot be responsible for its suitability or any impact it may have on performance or connectivity.

Yes, we provide a full range of professional DJ equipment that can be hired on its own or alongside your karaoke system. Our stock includes DJ controllers, Pioneer CDJs, professional mixers, and DJ tables or stands suitable for home parties, corporate events and club setups.
All DJ gear is PAT-tested and supplied flight-cased for protection. We can also supply sound desks, active speakers, monitor wedges and cabling if you need a complete setup.
If you tell us your preferred software or hardware (for example Rekordbox, Serato or standalone USB playback), we’ll match the equipment to your requirements and ensure it’s fully tested before delivery.
Yes, we stock a full range of party lighting, staging and visual effects that can be added to any hire package. Options include LED wash and disco lights, smoke or haze machines, low-level fog for dance-floor effects, bubble machines and confetti cannons.

Yes. Every hire includes wired Shure SM58 microphones, regarded across the industry as the most reliable and consistent vocal option available. Each system is supplied with professional microphone stands, high-quality cables and all required adapters.
One of our most popular upgrades is the Shure SH55 “Elvis” microphone, supplied with straight microphone stands. These classic chrome mics look incredible on camera and are particularly effective for video shoots, photo sessions and premium events, adding a distinctive vintage style that complements any stage or theme.
Wireless microphone upgrades are also available for clients who need greater freedom of movement or wider stage coverage. All microphones are tested, balanced and paired to your system before delivery to ensure clear, even sound throughout your event.
In most cases, yes. Our karaoke systems can connect to venue PA systems, DJ mixers and in-house AV networks using balanced or unbalanced audio feeds. We can also distribute video signals to multiple screens or zones and manage gain levels so audio remains clean throughout the venue.
If you already have equipment in place, please share the technical details before the hire so our engineers can confirm compatibility and prepare the correct cabling and adapters. This helps us ensure your setup performs exactly as intended.
When a venue uses unfamiliar or untested equipment, we recommend scheduling a short pre-event test during office hours. This allows our engineers to identify any compatibility issues and confirm that your in-house gear will not interfere with the karaoke system.

Yes. For security and insurance purposes, all hires require a valid photo ID and proof of address. Verification is handled securely through Stripe Identity, a trusted and PCI-compliant verification service.
The process takes only a few minutes and ensures that all hires are genuine. We do not store copies of your ID locally. Stripe handles the verification securely in line with current data protection laws.
We only collect the information required to process your booking, verify identity and deliver the service safely. Personal details are handled in compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
ID verification is managed by Stripe, and payment data is processed through their PCI-compliant platform. We never sell or share personal data with third parties outside of these secure systems.
